Just wanted to pause and thank my mother Sandra, my sisters Tamara and Ann Marie and all the women in my life who are nurturers and comforters for their selfless love for their children and loved ones. You are inspiration! You are heroines!
I will never be called to the same sacrifices as you all fully, but you still are my role models and though you may never realize it I take away much more from your example than just the selfish fulfillment of my own needs. I HOPE one day to pass on your legacy in my own fashion...

UPDATE!!!!
We got a call from Tami this evening - she and Alan announced they are expecting a second child at Thanksgiving! This is a un-looked for thrill!!!
