I know I have them around here somewhere...
Okay, water retention has always been a problem for me, but this is getting ridiculous. My ankles and feet are so puffy, I think if you'd poke them with a pin they'd spurt water!
(Is this too gross?!)
Anyway, I take my water pill religiously. I've been exercising both morning and evening. I drink all my water. Now why am I so bloated?
At first I thought it was just as a result from my flights to and from Oregon last weekend. Yet, here it is four days later. I should be able to see my nice slender ankles by now.
We are not amused...
